ADMISSION
One recent passport size photograph is required for the Registration form. At the time of admission to Nursery, Prep and Std.- I, original Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority (Transfer Certificate for Std.-I) is required. For Std.-II onwards, no student will be admitted without submitting the school-leaving certificate of the school last attended.
ADMISSION TO NURSERY,PREP & STD.I
Admissions are granted from Nursery to Class I only in the beginning of every academic session.
Requirement NURSERY,PREP & STD.I
1.Minimum age of a child must be 3-1/2 years for Nursery and 4-1/2 years for Prep as on 31st March of the year of admission.
2.For admission to Nursery, Prep and Class I original birth certificate issued by Municipality is to be submitted.
ADMISSION TO CLASS II TO V
Admissions are granted from Std. II to V only in the beginning of every academic session on the basis of written test and interview conducted by the school. The admission shall depend on the availability of seats.
Requirement Class:-II To V
1.For the students from school not affiliated to CBSE/ICSE/JAC Board, Original date of birth certificate issued by Municipality.
2.Original Transfer Certificate ( Last attended school )
3.Original report card.
ADMISSION TO CLASS XI
For admission in Std. XI, Registration forms are issued to the students from the month of April every year. Admission taken on the basis of written test and interview conducted by school.

ADMISSION UNDER B.P.L. CATEGORY
Admission in Entry level (Nursery Class) under B.P.L. category will be taken as per Govt. Rule.
1. Seats available for the session 2017-18 under B.P.L. category was 10.
2. Seats available for the session 2018-19 under B.P.L. category is 10.
The Vidya Mandir authorities have a right to rusticate a student on the following grounds :
1. Irregular attendance
2. Late payment or non- payment of fees.
3.Pupils whose conduct is injurious to the moral tune of the Vivekananda Vidya Mandir or Transfer Certificate shall be issued to a student on written request form the Parent/Guardian subject to clearance of all dues. One month’s notice must be given to obtain a T.C. or Fees paid in lieu there of.
